The team of Aufait is in jubilant mood on the occasion of Aufait being honored to be positioned as “Featured Emerging Company” by NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies).
NASSCOM has been periodically selecting companies from all over India to be listed on their “Featured Emerging Company” list. The ultimate motive behind this initiative by the Apex body of IT/ITES industry is to showcase globally the best emerging companies in India. Though NASSCOM provides the platform for the organizations to display the competiveness in their products/service space, it is the companies that should have holistic approach to find a place in the enviable list.
Aufait created waves on the Indian quizzing circuit when its team won the Kochi round of the Brand Equity Quiz 2009. Shamanth Rao and Paul Rajan Eralil beat the biggest teams of the region in the finals, winning with a fair measure of comfort in the last buzzer round.
Recently Bijith had an interview with Read It India. Bijith talks about his passion for entrepreneurship and how it turned out to be a successful venture called “Aufait Technologies”. Bijith also spoke about Aufait’s core focus and the market offerings. Aufait proudly accepted the request and recruited two vibrant marketing professionals from IIMK to join the family of ‘Aufaitians’-Mr. Shamant Rao and Mr. DineshKumar. Thus Aufait made history by becoming the first company from the region to conduct campus recruitment from IIMK and joined the list of multinational companies with millions of turnover in the IIM’s recruiters list. Aufait has already lead other companies by getting first NASSCOM membership from the region.
