The ultimate motive behind this initiative by the Apex body of IT/ITES industry is to showcase globally the best emerging companies in India. Though NASSCOM provides the platform for the organizations to display the competiveness in their products/service space, it is the companies that should have holistic approach to find a place in the enviable list.
Aufait created waves on the Indian quizzing circuit when its team won the Kochi round of the Brand Equity Quiz 2009. Shamanth Rao and Paul Rajan Eralil beat the biggest teams of the region in the finals, winning with a fair measure of comfort in the last buzzer round.

Recently IIM Kozhikode and IIM Indore invited Aufait for their campus recruitment for their outgoing batches. Aufait proudly accepted the request and recruited two vibrant marketing professionals from IIMK to join the family of ‘Aufaitians’-Mr. Shamant Rao and Mr. DineshKumar. Thus Aufait made history by becoming the first company from the region to conduct campus recruitment from IIMK and joined the list of multinational companies with millions of turnover in the IIM’s recruiters list. Aufait has already lead other companies by getting first NASSCOM membership from the region.
Last week many Aufaitians had an opportunity to partake in 4th BarCamp at IIM Kozhikode , enjoying the beauty of Malabar. The event walked away with few memorable tips on mindmap using FreeMind, unconference, etc.
