Last week we signed off a complex process automation project of handling customer complaints with Airline major Oman air. This project is supposed to bring in accountability and expected to reduce the cycle time by more than half in closing a customer complaint.
The challenge as well as the opportunity here is to continuously improve the process to attain maximum efficiency and better customer relations. This demands architecture of flexibility, which was one of the key areas we were focusing from the starting of the project.

When economic recession is gripping the world, the news of job losses, salary cut is all what can be heard everywhere; Aufait is hitting the headlines with good news. Recently IIM Kozhikode and IIM Indore invited Aufait for their campus recruitment for their outgoing batches. Aufait proudly accepted the request and recruited two vibrant marketing professionals from IIMK to join the family of ‘Aufaitians’-Mr. Shamant Rao and Mr. DineshKumar. Thus Aufait made history by becoming the first company from the region to conduct campus recruitment from IIMK and joined the list of multinational companies with millions of turnover in the IIM’s recruiters list. Aufait has already lead other companies by getting first NASSCOM membership from the region.

As the year 2008 is all set to become a part of history, we Aufaitians celebrated perhaps our last get together of the year. It was our annual tour conducted on 21st and 22nd of December to the mystic land of Wayanad. Crowning the majestic Western Ghats with its lofty ridges coated with dense forest, deep valleys and chilling waterfalls Wayanad is unarguably one of the most sought after location by the tourists. The participation rate was high as expected. Almost all except the fairer sex were participated. It turned out to be a successful and enjoyable one. An escape from the daily chaotic life to some lively, green, soothing experience was really refreshing and rejuvenating.
