Recently, our Sales&Marketing Head had an interview with Channel World Weekly. He talks about the current focus areas: Airlines and Real Estate ,and how Aufait stands out from the crowd by providing alternative software solutions which assure ROI to the clients. Plans are on the anvil to build up strategic alliances with its Indian counterparts. The interview ends on an optimistic note as he speaks about Aufait’s foray into the emerging GIS and Mobile segments.

Could you highlight your popular offerings?
Our key offerings are Custom Software Development focusing on internet and mobile platforms, and Application Modernisation and Integration solutions utilizing Web 2.0 and SOA standards.Currently Aufait’s main focus is on airlines and real-estate industry.
We also offer alternative solutions for CRM and HR as value add-ons. These solutions, if delivered as part of a standard, costly module, may not provide any significant ROI to the client. Some of our alternative software solutions are online recruitment engine, employee performance/appraisal systems and learning management in HR segment. For CRM, we have Sales force automation, Customer support systems, and email/internet campaign solutions.
How does the company plan to differentiate itself ?
We plan to offer solutions that ensure ROI by providing alternative software solutions, tailor made ones, and offering integration and customization services.
Could you tell us about your presence in India?
Though our core team is based in India, our market presence in India is not far reaching. Currently,our core activities are carried out from the development centre in India, supported by our Middle East headquarters in Dubai and partner network in the UK, Ireland, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, where we have a strong market presence. In South India, we have a reasonable presence in real estate and hospitality segments. We’re looking forward to enhance our presence in our homeland.
What are your target verticals in India?
Emerging Airlines and booming real estate businesses are definitely our main target verticals. We are also looking forward to partner with successful IT companies to provide solutions in some of the specific areas of our expertise.
Could you tell us about your channels ecosystem?
We have a partner network consisting of SIs and resellers to deliver our products and solutions. We’ve strong partner ecosystem in Middle East and Europe. Currently, we have few partners in India and we are in the process of building a strong channel base here.
What is your go-to-market strategy in India?
We are building a partner base to sell products and solutions. We are partnering with many Indian IT companies to implement solutions in the Middle East where we have a direct presence. We are still working out a better solution for direct marketing in India and are open for discussions for formulating a growth strategy.
What is the road ahead for Aufait?
We will continue strengthening our focus on airlines sector and alternative software Solutions. This year, will mark a remarkable milestone for Aufait as we intend to tap fresh opportunities in mobile and GIS segments.
